And the case was not closed. As posted up thread, the House Select Committee on Assassinations found that there probably was a conspiracy. In pointing to that "probability", the Committee left it wide open.

Some of you doubters need to go read what Bobby Kennedy thought of the Warren Commission and why he ran for president. And maybe, to ask yourselves why you have such a big reaction to people questioning an insulting official narrative. Oswald was just a kook, Ruby killed him for Jackie. Seriously. Not even my nieces would buy that kind of low rent cr@p and they are very idealistic little girls.
