It's a rhetorical device, but who cares.

My reason for dissent is that I think there are a lot more important things facing the Obama justice dept. than satisfying the OPs abiding sense of curiosity/frustration over JFK's assassination. No matter the outcome of any such inquiry was, people would still fight over it and insist it was just another stage of the cover-up. Endlessly rehashing it what keeps bottom-feeders like Alex Jones in clover.
