Per Google, the billing code for NPD is "301.81" (formerly "passive-aggressive personality"); until the DSM-III, the code for homosexuality was "Sexual Deviancy" or "302.0" (right next to each other on the not-really-disorders axis (can you imagine being diagnosed with "inadequate personality"?)):
