That doesn't involve any sort of appropriate facility. Why do you think she should be treated differently from a black woman arrested for a felony in Pittsburgh? If it's anything like California, her mental illness would not be taken into account in the decision as to where to house her. 80-90% of my state's prison population is mentally ill.
