They wander through the scriptural salad bar and pick out bits and pieces that appeal to their own prejudices...a little from Leviticus is always handy to crank up the superiority quotient, and from the NT some insipid ramblings from Saul, the Terrorist of Tarsus who penned letters to Greek cities after falling off a donkey on the road to Damascus after eating bad mushrooms. No "Christian" has ever explained to me why Jesus never once mentioned homosexuality if it was a matter of any concern to Him (He has plenty to say about hypocrites...which might explain why they're hesitant to answer the question)
