Bush can pardon himself and his buddies a thoudand times, but it will bear no weight in an International Court, or in the International Court of opinion.
These criminals may never be tried or convicted, but a privately funded organization can offer an International REWARD for the indictment or arrest of Bush and gang for War Crimes.
It would put a nice ribbon around the Bush Legacy, curtail retirement travel plans, and serve as a warning to future Unitary Executives.
I would donate to such a REWARD fund. I believe that millions of others worldwide would also donate.
