6. Good point
If Bush were impeached, convicted, and removed, then we get President Cheney. Either go for both, or go for Cheney first. I have a feeling that if the Scooter actually thinks he might go to jail, he'll start to sing like a canary to cut a deal - plenty of high crimes and misdemeanors there.
