And yes, I know the drill too. I grew up there. I am currently working and living in Midland. The only major storm I can remember was Allison and we got pretty lucky during that one. It only got up to our porch. There's pretty good drainage in Baytown, but then again we didn't get the amount of rain that some of the other areas like Pearland had to deal with.
