aquifer in S. America, the privatization and selling of water by the drop is the next big scam of these people. Water is depleting. In spite of the floods and tsunamis' we see, lakes & river levels are dropping. They'll be able to squeeze low value family farmers right of their land by cutting off water via increase' in price. And usher in their Agri Cronies. Causing shifts in population and land use; cutting fresh water off to whole villages on tracts they want for development.

There's always a dog *and* a pony to whatever Pickens does. His push for wind & renewable' is the feel good 'watch the birdie' part.
