19. Looks like the Army Times link as been yanked --
I get the message "this page has gone AWOL" -- and when I run a search using multiple search words having to do with the topic and title -- nothing surfaces.
I'd like to wade through all of this and recommend it. Please see if you can find a link that willwork and do an edit .... and if not then we can probably assume that it has been yanked
