so it is like I make an extra 1200 a year!!!



but I also do not get the full "benefits package" as a result. We got a 5.9% raise in pay/benefits... only 2.9 % pay raise the rest is an increase in the amount the district pays for teacher insurance.

our district pays quite a bit of the insurance premiums...when I first started in our district, it payed 100% of insurance for teachers...
