they are able to extract wherever . . . there is nothing that says they have to sell it in this country, and as multinationals they will export it to wherever they can make the most profit . . .
the whole issue of drilling is NOT about increasing the amount of oil available to US consumers . . . it's about increasing the amount of oil that oil companies can exploit for their own profits (which, as we know, are already of the record-breaking variety) . . .
