"eww! how can you eat meat?" when you're with a group of people ordering food in a restaurant?

i've had it happen often enough. i'm not saying that most veg-heads are- i'm sure that most of the ones i meet i probably don't even know are vegetarians anyway. but at least some of the ones that are have no compunction about lording it over others like it was some type of moral superiority.

when it isn't.

and although i have met pushy carnivores- i've never met any that were pushy about eating meat.
