Non-custodial parents on the run don't always make the safest of choices and don't always have good intentions either.

We have heard how many times that the parent took them and then killed them? Several times in the last few years that I can think of. Once is too much, isn't it? It's a case of "I will hurt my ex-mate in a way that they will never forget, just like they hurt me" and it's the kids that pay the ultimate price.
