Violence on this planet earth has existed since the beginning of time,with a variety of causes. I agree with the idea that there is an "elite" element which operates above politics and the law and influences the actions of nations and governments. But I certainly do not agree with your assertion that all law enforcement is corrupt. There are are a countless number of both left and right components who are striving to influence the legal system.
