Notice the headline, parent's question...

"Excuse me sir.. no offense Mr. Police Officer.. Sir, but why did you torture my son after he had a broken back, perhaps causing irreparable damage?" "Please don't think I am questioning your judgment as I would NEVER even THINK of such a thing" "It's no big deal, just my son.." "I can have another son, or maybe adopt you know?". "But maybe just maybe you should.. *whispering now, look at your police procedures in these situations, just my most humble and respectful suggestion". "Please don't Taser me".
