4. I agree, registering voters is #1. But there is some thing I've much afraid of.
Let's say we get thousands of new voters registered, and actually motivate them to go to the polls. Remember the LONG LINES of the last 2 Presidential elections? How many people have the time or the patience to do that? What about the vothing machines that don't work? I'm not even talking aboutillegalities here, I'm talking about machines that weren't stored properly, or new programming cards not installed right, or poorly trained people unable to power them up right.

I gotta tell ya, I'm not in any physical condition to stand in any line for hours. I'm not even sure I could do One hour. I'm seriously considering absentee, but I don't think it's fair to ask ANY voter to have to wait hours, or deal with inoperable machines!

Is anybody still working on that kind of problem? I sure haven't heard of any.

That's not even getting into the problems we've had with the illegal stuff like voter roll purging and sending vpter info to addresses of soldiers who have been deployed and their info is returned undeliverable so they are declared not registered!

I'm much more afraid of TAHT kind of stuff than I am of not enough votes for Barack!
