Some people want you to be asking them if everything is okay every few minutes. Seriously. I could usualy tell the tables that wanted to be left alone, and I would let them linger, but then there are the other guests who need to have you running back and forth for them to feel you earned your tip. Most of the time, the campers fall into that catagory. There's a difference between lingering over the meal and setting up camp.
