Valerie Plame is a beautiful woman

and her star-quality is not to be dismissed. Her marriage to the handsome, brillaint, charismatic, educated, and experienced Ambassador Wilson is and was the focus of the jealousy of these petty, small-minded bureaucrats. Make no mistake: you can only imagine what these guys were saying behind the scenes while they were runinating about their own lousy marriages to theit own repressed prunes, while here is a gorgeous, successful, brilliant blonde woman, whose dignity and class is, IMO, unsurpassed in both politics and, quite frankly, the film industry. We were privileged to watch the Academy Awards lasst week, and how many of the ladies there, in their oh-so-expensive gowns looked as good as "Joe Wilson's wife"? Not many, I daresay.

I feel that this is why they focused like a laser beam on this Op-Ed piece: in part because it was antithetical to their agenda, but also because the parties involved were so envied. A deadly sin in this case, we can all agree.

Thank God for the Wilsons...and their bravery.
