IX The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

The ninth (which isn't even listed in this poll) illustrates one of the concerns the framers had with any enumeration of rights.

One argument of Federalists against the addition of a Bill of Rights, during the debates about ratification of the Constitution, was that a listing of rights could problematically enlarge the powers specified in Article One, Section 8 of the new Constitution, by implication.

Sorry, but I refuse to play this game.
