6. I was a freshman in high school, and a couple of times, while visiting my
counselor, he'd run his hand up my calf, rolling my sock up and down. I didn't think much of it, but mentioned it at lunch one day

a kid at the table said, "that guy's a HOMO!" I didn't know what it was, and he told me.

not too long after that, the counselor walked through the lunchroom and said hi to me. I replied, "Hi, Homo!"

never forgot the look on his face....bright red and crestfallen/embarrassed

I was very mature, about the same as I am today

thing is, the next time I visited my counselor, I had somebody else. don't know what happened to him; whether he stayed at the school, or moved on.

it really didn't have an effect on me, except as a memory of what an ass I was capable of being.....
