The plane is actually a "Janet", one of the 737's used to ferry workers from Las Vegas to Area 51.

The caption on the picture at his site reads:
Unmarked 737 at "Gold Coast" Terminal
Las Vegas, NV
Distance ~ 1 mile
10:44 p.m.

I was all over his site this weekend after another DUer posted something about it.

The "Janets" have been an internet fav for several years. They are almost certainly NOT used for extraordinary rendition.
