27. Ok. Good. and yes, it is a good idea.
They should start bringing soldiers up from the wards to tell their stories. This is such a shameful tableau. And that asshole who said we shouldn't blame anyone is full of shit! This is the kind of thing where you find out what is wrong and who caused it and let some real heads roll...
