Chavez or Castro for that matter a threat. I think that * partners in crime are targeting this countries because they think they are weak and can be defeated....(kinda like they thought Iraq would be defeated).

No I don't consider Chavez or Castro as a bigger threat than the two men that are currently sitting in the WH.

I agree with you that the IMF and the World Bank are disasterious for these economies.
