"Halliburton has charged us - you and me - for driving empty trucks across Iraq, and recorded on a form that it was hauling "sailboat fuel." And risking people's lives to do so. That level of arrogance seems to arise in wars under the shelter of war music and waving flags."

How many homes, food, etc. could have been provided for the price of the "sailboat fuel". I pulled that quote out of your wonderful article as it points to how much the powers that be hold humanity in such little regard, and believe the masses to be idiots, have they been charging for "food for thought" in their cafeterias?

Great article you have provided above which all should read closely, tons of info there.

Folks should also check out the National Priorities Project, link coming up on edit here, to find out what the costs in Iraq could have provided here... http://www.nationalpriorities.org /

BTW Here's to Kucinich's Department of Peace!
