11. It will work if it's strategically done.
Obviously, people who only have one gas station to go to cannot participate.

That means it's up to us in the big cities to hit 'em in the wallet.

There are intersections in Los Angeles (where I live) where there are gas stations on every corner. One of them can be boycotted. And just like all things in nature, we need to go for the weakest.

A boycott can work, we just have to be smart about it.
