7. Who wouldn't want John McCain
The guy can't tell the differnce between Sunni & Shi'ite.

Throw these things back at the voluntarily uninformed dittoheads if you can.

1. The Council on Global Terrorism gives Bush's policies a D+ in effectiveness at fighting terror. McCain wants to continue his policies.

http://councilonglobalterrorism.org/pdf/10Propositions....

2. The 2005 national intelligence estimate found that the war in Iraq is making terrorism worse. We have taken our eye of the ball in Pakistan/Afghanistan, our military is on the brink, we have made millions of fence sitting muslims hate us and we have destroyed our alliances.

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/09/24/world/middleeast/24te...

3. We are secretly funding Sunnis who are linked to Al Qaeda in an effort to fend off Iran, which was due to Bush's war in the first place creating a power vacuum and the poor post war planning.

The rabid conservatives won't care but the more rational independents might. When people start finding out that McCain can't control his temper, is oblivious to basic facts about mideast culture or politics, wants to continue bush's policies (Which have been proven to fail by various anti-terror thinktanks) they may change their opinion of him. At least the independents might.
