12. I would think it was bullshit if my government didn't step in to prevent misery.
Like I said, the solution isn't a wave of foreclosures and banks owning most of the real estate in the US.

The solution is to find a way to bring prices down, and, hopefully, to prevent a massive transfer of property to banks...
