27. End Corporate Rights Now!
Corporate rights is a myth that has been foisted on the American people for too fucking long. It should be against the law for a corporation to pass a business tax increase along to the customer. That is the damn price of doing business. If Exxon could not pass taxes along to the consumer they would still make billions in profits and people would pay less for goods. If a company cannot make it should go out of business. Corporations that constantly struggle because of bad management are a drag on the economy.
Corporations are not people. People may lose a job when a company goes out of business but there would be more jobs. Utilities should never be corporate entities. There should be no tax on any basic food group. :dem:
