69. yep, even the high school kid working after school has to pay it.
We're lucky with not having to pay much to drive a car. Other than insurance, it's just regular old plate fees geared to the type of vehicle. I don't think anyone in our family pays more than $50-$60 for their plates.

I've heard some of those excise taxes can be high.
