12. I think they may be immune to suits.....
Maybe someone steeped in federal law would know, but I think we would need to have a 'criminal' wrongdoing found first. Then they may be open to a civil suit. That's why Bushco and some of our 'loyal' Dem senators are trying to give the Telco companies immunity. Otherwise they will be found 'criminally negligent', and then are open to suits.
