20. This is an excellent compendium of which narrows the conclusions to be drawn.

There is always (1) a small group of individuals connected to such ill events, having greatly benefited - their wealth and power seems to insures their innocence anonymity. And then there is their implementing straw men and lieutenants who do the dirty deeds and take the heat when the blame can no longer be blamed on their improvised and or slain victims. And of course lets not forget to mention that, (2) there is a defining ‘modus operandi’ conspecific to a certain character type. Although the former changes with time - the latter remains an enduring constant of suffering, and an elusive cancer to peace.

Sometimes criminals are thrown in jail and tyrants fall or are forgotten - yet the spirit of their ways seem to endure as something new each time… This unfortunately causes an erroneous disconnect in the public perception of different events, allowing the relationship between them to be lost, when in fact there is irrefutable evidence that binds them in a continuum, if one chooses to see it…

Thanks for another great essay Dr. Dale
PS, how are you doing with Ponerology?
