Any Dem would do better (than any puke) and ensure we do not have another generation of wacko righties on the court.
There is a good chance the next pres will appoint at least 2 judges, if it's a puke - that assures your personal liberties will be further eroded, that more religion will enter into our government, and that the corporations will have a fire wall from any persecution for fucking John Q Public.
If you don't vote - you are handing the SCOTUS to rethugs.
