The Employee Free-Choice Act could finally pass with a Dem-controlled Congress and a Dem-controlled White House. As far as the war goes? I don't know. I preferred Edwards' withdrawal plan, but he's out.

As far as repealing the Military Commissions Act? I don't know. I'll be upset if the Dems simply say they won't do what the Repubs did yet refuse to remove that law from the books. It would then represent the state gaining just a little more power from the people.
