but as it relates to this issue, i think that her tearing up was a ploy in the most calculating and craven way -- so much so, that it deserves to be mocked. i don't advocate calling her a "bitch", as the OP has suggested is happening -- the prosecution of which has perpetuated this 200+ post thread -- but calling her a "cry baby" or other such mocking language that takes her to task for the manipulative tactics she employs is totally "in bounds", imho. If people misconstrue it as sexist, my feeling is that the misinterpretation is their's.

We're all on this board, presumably, because we advocate progress and look to endorse the agents most befitting the characteristics that can bring about said progress -- that is the ideal end-goal of all of this. Anyone who stands in the way of it is subject to scorn and ridicule not because we're a ravenous bunch of mirror-images of "that other site", but because THEY ARE OBSTACLES TO PROGRESS. Just like Hillary is.

All of that said, there are, without a doubt, some racist, sexist, misogynistic ignorant pigs on this board. Self-identified progressives! And they deserve to be bludgeoned about the face/breast/neck/chest and head with their idiocy at every turn. In the same way that those self-identified progressives who are obstacles to progress do.
