Same rules apply with those balls as the ones on my car. If you want to try kicking them fine, but you just may get kicked back. in reality i'm sure some bright quick thinking individual might decide it's a fine day to give my trucks lil' balls a kick.

As for your second question. Well i often have gotten made fun of by the bigger boys and their huge trucks. I put my balls on my little 4 banger to show we might be small, but we can hang too. Also a nice set of hangin' balls tend to make some uncomfortable, i like that. Reason being if your so uptight some plastic balls bother you, you most likely need offending.
