3. The last two years, I've been traveling quite a bit.
Staying mostly in pretty upscale hotels like Hyatts and Marriotts. I haven't had a problem yet, but definitely plan on washing cups out with really hot water and soap, and pulling the coverlet aside now.

FYI, I love all the people in the article who tell you to keep your immune system strong. For some of us, that's a major impossibility. My MS requires me to take Betaseron shots that zap my immune system. Which would be worse for me in the long run-- being unable to walk or function normally, or picking up some exotic bug? It's a toss up.
