51. Hate crimes are crimes agaisnt ETHNIC groups--usually minorities
Because what person who is going on a shooting spree is not filled with hate? Are domestic violence cases hate crimes? certainly the person's love for someone has turned to hate...Was the Va Tech shooting a hate crime? He targeted college students! And he was filled with hate and loathing for those around him. Are office shootings hate crimes? The shooters have a grudge agaisnt their former employer. If a victim of molestation shoots the molester is that a hate crime?
You are confusing a hate filled individual with "hate crime". There is a difference. Christianity is not an ethnic group subject that has been subject to biogotry of any sort. To suggest otherwise is RW propaganda, no ifs ands or buts about it.
