147. Well, of course,
a friend of mine has a compassionate doctor who charges him $15.00US for some blood work, a few dollars above actual cost. For the same test the same doctor charges an insurance company over $100.00US. Even non greed head doctors must find the siren song of all that easy money impossible to resist.
