15. My shot wasn't aimed at the messenger, but I am mighty curious
Since I'm sure that Biden does indeed know the rules, I can't figure out how
someone can report such a thing. I'm not on your case, but your source
should have been more thorough (and/or clear). Censure--now that is something
the Senate can do, but impeachment is not something the Senate can do, and
I can't figure out an article reporting that Biden would move to impeach. He
must have said something other than that.

I can, for example, well imagine that Biden has declared he would vote to convict
and remove from office, should impeachment go through in the House. For that
matter, I would think that Biden would vote that way for crimes already committed.
I would be mightily disappointed to learn otherwise. I would hope he wouldn't
need the invasion of Iran to sway his decision. Cheneybush have committed more
than enough transgressions to justify impeachment, conviction, and removal from
office, whether or not we get the pleasure of seeing it actually happen.

My only regret is that Henry Hyde wouldn't have lived to see an impeachment
carried out for a legitimate reason, as opposed to the sham(e) he participated in.
