Sometimes I think ads like this are intentionally placed on progressive web-sites like DU as a psych-op effort to discredit the web-site. Whoever accepted this ad should have her/his head examined. A scantily-clad model in a cop uniform insulting people who believe in God? Oh yes, that's a web-site I want to be associated with (not).
BTW, I am an animist, not a born-again Christian. My Higher Power is Mother Earth, not a masculine God in a flowing white beard. But I don't go around looking for ways to insult people of faith, regardless of what their faith is. I think that is decidedly bad behavior and decidedly stupid politics.
I would hope DU would believe (and act) the same.
