18. We were just talking about this last night, actually.
My husband deals with this kind of thing as a manager. I described to him the Campbell/HRC "pregnant pause" and remarked that -- in that pause -- women all over the country had a moment to reflect on their own moments "from time to time" when there have been "impediments" in the workplace.
My husband, ruefully shaking his head, said many men he works with "still don't get it."

My sister's 60 year old husband likes HRC a lot, and he enjoyed the Campbell/HRC exchange.

My mother lives alone, but my dad, when he was alive, considered himself a feminist -- so I imagine he would have enjoyed that, too. Especially since one of his last accomplishments before he died was convincing a female relative to file a complaint with the Equal Opportunity commission -- which resulted in her getting a 50% raise, and all the other women in her department getting substantial raises, too.
