Al Gore is not just anybody. Have you noticed the enthusiasm he generates here at DU? Do you really think that people don't know who he is or his background at this point? The guy received over 50 Million votes in the 2000 election, and but for the Supreme Court, should have won.
If his name is on the California ballot next February, I'm voting for him, and I bet a lot of others would also. Regardless of whether he announces now(a full 12 months away), or in January 2008.
