70. Well, on the streets surrounding our neighborhood, there are...
a lot of drivers just getting off of work, who speed through, trying to avoid freeway traffic (usually while blabbing on their cellphones). I wouldn't have a problem with forcing them to slow down. Why would I worry about "squealing" on someone who obviously has no respect for my neighborhood or apparent concern for the safety of kids, bikers, joggers or pets along those roads? (Not to mention the disproportionate number of auto accidents at the intersections.)
