18. Here's the most disturbing part of this incident:
"Police interviewed Barrett and school officials and seized the data memory stick and the computer to determine where the image came from, a state highway patrol spokesman said."

Is that really necessary?? It doesn't sound like it was kiddie porn. The article said it was an image of a nude woman. So some kids were exposed to a (gasp) naked woman for what probably amounted to less than 30 seconds. I somehow doubt they will be scarred for life.

I find it kind of fishy that the guys is saying he has no idea where the images came from. But still, no matter how I slice it and dice it, I don't see where any type of crime was committed, so why is the police seizing the computer and the memory stick?
