He did approaching the stage and evaded the police who were trying remove him from the area. I know that if this happened at a repuke speech the same way I would blame the police for being trigger happy with their tasers. Otherwise, I would have understood their actions. He was far from the stage when he said "Dont taze me bro" and then yelled. By that time he was far away from the stage.
