Yes, Phyllis Diller and Roseanne made fun of males. I don't think you'd call it "attacked" as we see it with Bill Maher, for instance.

There has been a lot of logic re humanity in Roseanne's humor, IMO.

Maybe you're been being too good a sport, about this?

I'd also point out to you that when males sense that their gender is being attacked, they usually don't let it pass lightly.
