"we'll move on ted olsen when YOU cough up all the papers, emails, staffers, and FORMER staffers who you're willfully withholding. You don't give us these things? Then you can forget about nominating ANYBODY for Attorney General. Make him do a recess appointment. Just gives us yet another talking point.

I SO ARDENTLY BELIEVE that if the Dems started showing some real BACKBONE, it would woo wavering everybodies. It would remove all naysayers' doubts about the Dems having any spine. They have VERY good reason to keep thinking that, though, because so far the Dems have not shown any. And it's a worthy question to ask: if the Dems can't stand up to bush and the republi-CONS, how do we know they can stand up to bin Laden? I think that's all they'd have to do to start moving the numbers toward our side, in droves. Just. Show. Some. GUTS.
