The charges made against Clinton that appeared in the 9/11 movie were gathered from about 8 books that were released between 2001-2006. The entire Democratic party was hung with the label that "Dems are weak on terror' because Bill Clinton never came out and defended himself and his administration from the charges leveled against him in those books.

Clinton never made a defense until that movie based on the lies in those books was due to be released. Right before his wife's presidential campaign began. How convenient.

Clinton owed Democrats across the board for sticking up for him all those years, yet Clinton stood by and let the entire party be smeared as weak on terror during the 2002 and 2004 campaigns while he refused to defend his administration on the terror issue in any publicly significant way. And, in fact, Clinton publicly gave his support for Bush's decisions on terrorism and the Iraq war throughout that time.
