I don't know who put the group together or all the individuals involved but a guy named Hal Ginsburg is the on air voice of the ownership.
They are also on line at KRXA.com. Might be a good how to do it example.
Wonder how much a clunky little radio station costs? I think I heard the figure $800k for KRXA. Not cheap but there should be enough concerned people in SD to provide the startup capital. I'm not loaded but I'd kick in a thou or so. I live in the central valley but my granddaughter lives in Poway.
